I became interested in orthodontics in 1987 when Dr. Sanchez approached me and said I looked like I would work well with my hands. I became a Clinical Assistant, and I fell in love with orthodontics. I love orthodontics because you always help make the patients look better and in turn that makes them feel better about themselves.
My husband is Brad, and we have one son, Blake. My family loves the beach, and we like to cruise. Our family enjoys watching baseball because Blake plays college ball.
I am passionate about my family and my extended family and friends. I try to be a very positive person and try hard to pass that along to kids who are in our office. Everyone needs to be complimented on something they do well. Being in orthodontics provides me a place to be settled and bloom and hopefully pass some of the many blessing that I have enjoyed to our patients.

I will be one of the first people and first "smiles" to greet you when you come to Dr. Sanchez's office. I am a people person. I love meeting people and talking to different people. I love children, adults, parents, grandparents and foster parents. At our office, I am the New Patient Coordinator, so I get to greet the new patients and help them become a part of our office family.
My husband is Rusty, and we have been in the dairy business, the beef cow business, the trucking business, the mobile home business, and now we are going into the chicken business. You just never know around my house!
My hobbies are reading, taking pictures, and making craft items. I have two children, Cody and Kacee.
I have been working with Dr. Sanchez since 1989, and I have loved every minute of it. Our office is a lot of fun. We have parties, contests, and lots of laughs. The end results are beautiful smiles.

I have been in orthodontics since 1981, and I have been an Orthodontic Assistant with Dr. Sanchez since 1993. I enjoy orthodontics because I get to know my patients over their two years of treatment. It's also fun to see the end result of the beautiful new smile.
I am married to Jim, and we have two daughters, Brittany and Hannah. Brittany is studying education, and Hannah is a R.N.
We have fun working together at our office and also have the opportunity to attend continuing education trips and beach trips together. We are all one big family here.

I have been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1981! I joined Dr. Sanchez's staff in June 2002. In orthodontics, I enjoy getting to know each adult or child. As time goes by, they are like family to me. It's a joy to see someone's self-confidence increase as their smiles become more and more beautiful.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Trey, and our three fantastic girls, Katy, Lynsey and Kendall. We are active in our community and also our church.
My duties at our office are chairside assistant, and I also maintain our inventory. What I like most about my job is we have a wonderful team which makes every day a pleasure to come to work.

I graduated from dental school in Russia in 1987, and my family moved to America in 1994. I was introduced to the ortho world while working in Michigan. When we moved to Milledgeville, my daughter needed braces, and we found Dr. Sanchez. She had heard about my previous experience, so when she had an opening, I became the Lab Technician. I make appliances, retainers and models, and I also help with clinical assisting.
What I like most about orthodontics is making people feel good about themselves and perfecting their smiles. Our team works together, and we are all like a family at work.
I am married to Andrei Barkovskii, a professor at GC&SU who teaches microbiology. We have a daughter, Valeria, a student at Georgia State University. My passion is gardening and working with my hands. I love to watch my plants blossom and grow, just as I love to see our patients do the same.

I started my orthodontic career in 2004 with Dr. Sanchez as Office Coordinator. You will often hear my voice on the phone as I help you, and you will see me at the front desk as I greet you and help make your next appointment. I get great satisfaction from seeing our patients finish their orthodontic treatment with a beautiful smile. Our office is very productive and professional while remaining fun for our patients as well as all of us who work here.
I have two precious children, Mason and Hali. I enjoy being on the lake with my family.

As the Scheduling Coordinator and the newest member of the Sanchez team, I will be one of the first people and first "smiles" to greet you. I love working with a variety of people, and this position gives me the opportunity to reacquaint myself with old friends and their children and to make new friends. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, while being professional and efficient. Whether I am taking your phone call or making your next appointment, courtesy and accuracy are my goals.
I grew up in Milledgeville and am a graduate of John Milledge Academy (‘83) and Georgia College (‘88). My husband is Kenneth Ryals, aka "The Cookie Man." We are avid Georgia Bulldog fans. We also enjoy following our favorite drivers on the NASCAR circuit. I have two beautiful children, Jake and Olivia. As a family, we love going to the beach and taking weekend trips to Wild Adventures.

I began my career in orthodontics in 1989. I was a high school senior and worked each afternoon in Dr. Sanchez's lab. I was good with my hands and enjoyed math and science, so my job was perfect! I continued working as a lab tech during my years at Georgia College. I met my future husband, Dale, when he transferred to Georgia College and came to our office to get braces. The other team members never failed to announce when "my boyfriend" planned to return to the office for an appointment. I graduated from Georgia College in 1994 after studying Biology and Human Health and married Dale a few months later!
I continued working as a lab tech until 2002 when our son, Nathan, was born. I decided to stay at home with him for several years; however, I often returned to the office to substitute when needed. I returned to work in 2016. It is great to be back with the team! I spend most of my days in the lab making retainers and appliances. You may also see me taking records, assisting chairside or even working at the front desk!
